What does cultivation mean to you?
In this episode of Couch Time, I sat down with Kate Grochowski who chose to put her faith in God and follow the passions he gave her to an unconventional life and work path. On this journey, she has learned what cultivation through work really means and I am so excited to share this conversation with you today.
Kate Grochowski has a mission of following God’s pattern of creative cultural development, specifically in the marketplace, the home, and the church. She is passionate about exploring and leading other women in the intersection of those domains.
She founded SyncGro (formerly Deore Design) in 2017, a content marketing company that helps busy, growth-oriented small businesses achieve their revenue goals with confidence, co-founded Dance Studio Syllabus in 2022, a year-long classical ballet and jazz curriculum, and is launching Dance Studio Playbook in 2023, a readymade content membership for Dance Studio Owners.
She loves quality time with her husband (high school sweetheart!) and two young kids, especially when it involves the outdoors. Kate and her husband currently serve as Deacons at The Austin Stone Community Church.
