We are working our way through each of the 7 types of God-given rest across 7 episodes, and this episode is all about rest type number 3 which is mental rest. 

Much like my desk, our minds are full of clutter all day every day. When you learn how to tidy up your mind and release all the junk, it’s life-changing. 

This is one of the areas of rest that I struggle with the most, so trust me when I say I get it, but I hope that I can share what I’ve learned with you so that you can get the mental rest you need.
