47: Where Do You Hide in the Storm?

Do you know what your trauma response is? Are you someone that runs for safety or moves forward one slow step at a time?

In this episode, I am opening up about a storm I went through in 2020, how I responded and what I learned from it.

On Today’s Episode, You’ll Discover:

  • What I learned in my own storm
  • Why you need to let go of your own solutions
  • The problem with baggage
  • The value in never giving up hope

I hope that me sharing this with you allows you to see the value in a storm you experienced or might be experiencing now. I truly believe that storms can serve as an important lesson and that there is a gift hidden in hard moments for each of us.

I really want to hear your thoughts on this episode. Did you get any value from this or did you not? Do you agree with anything or did you not?

Either way, never give up hope!
