Do you have a word of the year for 2021?
I used to think it was a silly concept. I was challenged to choose one last year, so I chose the word “learn,” and I actually learned a lot!
Why? I was intentional.
I want you to think about your word of the year. I’m going to walk you through my process, and how I use my word of the year to guide my goals and intentions.
This episode acts as a small workshop, so I want you to get out a pen and paper to get ready to learn with me.
On Today’s Episode, You’ll Discover:
- How a word of the year can help you
- Who will be involved in fulfilling your word of the year
- How to figure out who you need to be to achieve your word of the year
- Breaking down your goals for your word of the year
- How to thrive instead of survive in 2021
- The power of relationships to yourself and others
If you didn’t have a word of the year before this episode, I hope it got you thinking about one. If you did, I hope you can see now how you can use your word to guide your goals for the year.
Don’t forget that I’m opening up 100 spots in my new coaching program for $47 a month. You’ll have access to me, experts coming in and a private community. We’ll work through the kinds of things that we talked about today and so much more. Go to www.marriagesparks.com/thrive-waitlist to learn more.
