Have you ever felt like you can’t accomplish something or reach your goals because you’re a mom?
In this episode of Couch Time, I sat down with Michelle Marie Diaz to talk about why we need to get rid of fake vulnerability and get back to empowering women to be the amazing people that they are. If you want something, you can totally do it!
You may have hot mess days, but you’re not a hot mess mom. You’re truly capable of anything with a little confidence.
Michelle Marie has been a fitness and health expert for over 20 years, working one-on-one with hundreds of women from celebrities to stay-at-home moms. She has also worked with over 250,000 women online, helping them have healthy & fit pregnancies, lose their baby weight faster than in previous pregnancies, and helping them get in better shape than before having kids.
She believes the key to getting in shape and being able to maintain it is finding that perfect BALANCE & MODERATION, and she lives to help MOMS find it. She is determined to teach women that they are capable of living their best life as moms and doing everything they dream of and desire.
In This Episode, You’ll Discover:
- The way fake vulnerability impacts women
- The importance of setting boundaries with social media
- How much women are really capable of
- How the “hot mess” mentality impacts friendships, marriages, and businesses
- Why confidence and self-care are so important
- Why you have to be intentional about your day to find success
- Surrounding yourself with the right friends
I hope you enjoyed this conversation with Michelle! It’s so important to remember that confidence can change your life. Stepping out of the “hot mess mom” mentality and into your own confidence can have a huge impact on your friendships, marriage, and even your business.
